Adding weights and abs to the Running... "Here we go again"

Time to plus the workout plan for 2012.   I've been very successful in keeping up with my running.
Adding weights and abs consistently  NOT SO MUCH......I had a good run last year when I did a 181 day challenge.  But quickly fell off the ab and small weight wagon.   It took me until the 4th day of the year to restart --the process again but I did.    Now it is just a matter of trying to KEEP IT UP  " That's what she said".

I just don't enjoy it -which is why it is so hard to force myself to do it all the time.   Swimming is refreshing,  Running I've been able to make a part of my life.  Weights  (Even the tiny wimpy ones)  I just don't like.


But it is Yoda time......"DO OR DO NOT THERE IS NO TRY"
