Adding weights and abs consistently NOT SO MUCH......I had a good run last year when I did a 181 day challenge. But quickly fell off the ab and small weight wagon. It took me until the 4th day of the year to restart --the process again but I did. Now it is just a matter of trying to KEEP IT UP " That's what she said".
I just don't enjoy it -which is why it is so hard to force myself to do it all the time. Swimming is refreshing, Running I've been able to make a part of my life. Weights (Even the tiny wimpy ones) I just don't like.
But it is Yoda time......"DO OR DO NOT THERE IS NO TRY"
