It is the third week of the year. The week where all those resolutions you made January 1st go to DIE. After kick starting the new year with a bunch of goals the third week in January is where people start to fall off the living healthier and exercising bandwagon........WELL DON'T. Resolutions are no good. You need to turn those resolutions into a new lifestyle. If you fall off the Exercise wagon ...you need to be like Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark in the truck scene holding onto that rope and crawling your way back onto the wagon.
Exercising is mostly mental.... (other than if you are injured) It is mainly a battle of convincing your brain to let your body work out.
So find the time....Don't fall off the wagon just because it is the third week of January and if you feel yourself falling off that wagon grab the rope and pull yourself back on it like Indy.
