Last week I was talking about a day that I ran twice for over 10 plus miles total. Several of my friends were sharing about doing stairs which is supposed to be one of the best workouts. Like running or walking hills it kicks you into the next level and it is always good to be able to add or supplement a workout with something a little different. For example I love to swim in the summertime when the pool is warm enough to enjoy. In fact if I had my own pool I would probably swim everyday and wouldn't run as much. So when Dennis called me up and said hey do you want to do a stair workout today I jumped at the chance to mix it up a little. It is also good to every once in awhile workout with a friend to help push yourself a little further than you may have gone on your own. Plus it the weather today was perfect so a quick trip to the beach sounded great...
