After a 3.4 mile walk with my wife yesterday and  7 miles of swimming in 7 days  ---I went for a major run Sunday morning

Nowadays they don't just have regular 5K's anymore.....  There are Color Runs,   And Zombie Runs and Neon Runs....etc....etc......Well today I guess I was training for a Bug Run.

What is a Bug Run you ask......Well apparently  it is a run where you are pelted with flying bugs.   I was hit by at least 3 bugs on my run today.....one right in the eye.....I definitely won't be signing up for one of these runs......It was rather unpleasant.
