After a lack luster week last week I decided to kick things back into gear this week with a little Mini-Challenge. Mini challenges are important along the way of such a long exercise goal as a 2 year virtual run. A 2 year goal is such a long term thing that sometime you can lose focus. So setting little mini challenges are a great way to stay engaged. This weeks Mini-Challenge is what I call 24/7.
24 miles running and 7 miles swimming.......Yes it is the time of year again to hit the pool...and what better way to start off swim season than a 1 mile a day challenge
