Did a Long Beach beach walk with my wife all from the pier to Seaport Village and back about 4. something miles  (not counted towards running total)

Soft Sand Beach Run  2.5  Miles   then walked about 2 plus with wife along the boardwalk on the Peninsula in Long Beach

Monday  July 2nd  4.4 Miles

Wednesday  July 4th   6 Miles
Saturday July 7th  6 Miles

Weekly total   16.4 Miles
