Listen to Yoda....
"Do or do not there is no try".....
It is sound advice to be sure....There is no trying to work out ....You either do it or you don't. You either decide to be in good shape or not.....I try to use Yoda's advice in as many aspects of life as I can. The guy knows what he is talking about (He is over 800 years old and a Jedi).
So "Do or do not". The key to exercising is doing it on the days you don't really want to......Just doing it as Nike says...(Is Nike Related to Yoda?). Getting off the couch and doing it even when you don't want to......Trying to exercise doesn't get you into shape.....Doing it does..
