An Excuse to eat what I want for Thanksgiving......A Run early Thanksgiving morning.....

Jenna my step daughter and  several friends from High School did this one as well.....It was a lot of fun with people dressed up in weird outfits and a run along the beach.....   I finally broke the 30 minute barrier with a final time of 29:30   Still making progress and that was with a little bit of a lingering cold
