Inspiration -- 20th Reunion 2009

If anything is a kick starter to get someone to shed fat  or in my case the HE FAT...It is a reunion.  That and the fact that I was getting married in Oct 2009.   I  had started with the HE FAT  and HE SLOW 5K running...I'd switched over to swimming for the summer and I had made some progress and was rocking a good tan from all the swimming....but I was still stubbornly  (Believe me I can be stubborn when I want to be)  holding on to not changing my  (apparently really bad)  eating habits.   So the real work was still ahead of me...

Our friend Russell had lost a ton of weight before the reunion..   So the same way my story has and is inspiring people my friends progress  helped me kick my efforts into a higher  gear and start to slowly make good progress .   Inspiration: It is a good thing. Russell has fitness Podcast  called Fat to Fit that I would eventually start listening to as a part of my motivation.....I'll discuss that later as well as a blog I will call Burgertime: about changing the way I ate.
