Whenever I'm thinking of taking a day off  my wife will send me a text turning my love of movies against me..    "I think I'm not going to swim today"  I might say....   "Just keep swimming"  will be the simple reply.   This makes me laugh  but also keeps me motivated.  It is good to have someone to support your workout efforts--even if they are relentless...
