HE FAT's Totally Swimming Dude 2010 log 23.21 Miles in the pool in 34 days
Here is my old (OCD) Swimming log .. Part of making my OCD work for me in my battle to kill HE FAT off.....When I hit the pool in 2010 ...I kept track of my progress as and set mileage goals to keep me Swimming. 34 days......Keeping track of your progress can help to keep you motivated I had to keep it up because I was keeping stats on it and those stats became important to me.......(You go OCD---make it work)
